Cancellations, deferrals and curtailments of holiday bookings made after 12 March 2021:-
COVID-19: UK Government national lock downs and Tier restrictions.

If you are unable to take your holiday either because of a national lockdown, or because you are put into a Tier where you are unable to travel, or due to a restriction on the number of households or people able to stay under one roof, we guarantee that you will be given the option of a full refund.  Please note that this refund guarantee applies only to the address given on the booking.

Our guarantee of a refund is limited to covering lockdowns and Tier restrictions, it does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid-19, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate.

We strongly advise that holidaymakers take out travel insurance to cover these and other possible events, including illness and jury service, that may prevent your holiday from taking place. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid-19 and self-isolation or you can look for suitable cover on comparison sites.
