Room only rate £95 per room per night, and will be £100 per room per night from 1 Jan 2026. 

A deposit of £25 per room is required upon booking.

We do not provide breakfast however I do provide tea, coffee, milk, cearels, fruit, cake and biscuits.

There are some good places within easy reach that can provide a variety of breakfasts.

We are pleased to accept payment by BACS transfer before your visit as we do not have card facilities..

Please be advised we operate a non-smoking policy in all rooms.
​

No dogs except guide dogs.

Check in times weekdays: after 4.00 pm.  Weekends between 4pm and 7pm. (If you need to arrive at other times, please call to make arrangements.​  Check out time by 10.00 a.m.

​

During Burghley Horse Trials and Rutland Water Birdfair we do not accommodate single occupancy and a minimum of two nights must be booked.
