Room only rate £90 per room per night.  A deposit of £20 per room is required upon booking.

Breakfasts, at the moment, are not available however there are some good places within easy reach that can provide breakfast.

We are pleased to accept payment by BACS transfer before your visit as we do not have card facilities..

Please be advised we operate a non-smoking policy in all rooms.

No dogs except guide dogs.

Check in times weekdays: after 4.00 pm.  Weekends between 4pm and 7pm. (If you need to arrive at other times, please call to make arrangements.​  Check out time by 10.00 a.m.

​

During Burghley Horse Trials and Rutland Water Birdfair we do not accommodate single occupancy and a minimum of two nights must be booked.
